View this email as a web page here.           North American Home Builders Association International Builders Show 2022 The National Home Builders Association International Builders Show Orlando 2022 was an action-packed, 3-day, 800,000-square-foot trade show featuring every construction and remodeling brand you can think of. Emerging home technology, novel inventions, electric trucks and more rare sights highlighted the show while conventional brands wowed us with the sheer scope and size of their displays. Scott and I tirelessly toured the builders show, asking as many questions as we could with camera in hand. Check out this teaser video and see all our IBS content in the coming weeks on your favorite series, the Mac & Scott Show.   Congrats to Scott and the team for winning the NAHB Safety Award at the 2022 International Builders Show. JOMA has a safety meeting every Monday morning and monthly extended safety training classes. Scott creates online safety knowledge quizzes so that results are easily recorded and tracked. Scott can analyze team results to improve curriculum. The AAHBA partners with local contractors to complement our construction industry with business relationships, training, and providing the directory to locals like you who need a home built or remodeled. JOMA has been an AAHBA member for years with John participating in different roles along the way, earning his nomination for President. John is looking forward to a busy year of outreach including his involvement with 100% Athens since its founding in September 2020. 100% Athens Renewable Energy Initiative is a grassroots coalition for the just and equitable transition of Athens, Georgia, USA to 100% clean and renewable energy by 2035. Great work, John!   Pella Certified Contractor Fewer than 5% of contractors get this certification. JOMA Crew leaders went to the Pella training center in Norcross to get Pella Certified. Pella Windows and Doors offers training to ensure best practices are being used and shared for installing their trusted and lasting products. Did we mention we have a YouTube video of it?     NEW MEMBER NKBA 60% of JOMA calls are about kitchens and/or baths so it is fitting that we join the National Kitchen and Bath Association. We also went to the Kitchen and Bath Industry Show KBIS 2022 in Orlando and got to meet other NKBA members!   JOMA is hiring! Do you know a good candidate?
