We are ecstatic to be awarded the 2022 Historic Athens Annual Preservation Award for Outstanding Rehabilitation. This recent project, designed by clients Mike and Monika Kapousouz and Armentrout Matheny Thurmond, P.C. exemplifies the passion and devotion each person shared in teaming up on this project. We love how it came out and appreciate Historic Athens for honoring the project and recording a new important time-stamp in this home's history.  2022 National CotY Award Winner

 As a follow-up from our recent NARI Atlanta Contractor of the Year(CotY) Award, we are honored to be announced as 2022 National CotY Award Winners in Commercial Remodeling - Jackson County Courthouse. NARI is the National Association of the Remodeling Industry and provides us with a direct connection to our industry through outreach, awards, and education. JOMA no longer offers commercial services as we focus on the strong demand for residential remodeling in our area so this is a special build and a great reminder of the accomplishments of JOMA Commercial Construction.
