PBA - Defining Design-Build

Jeff, JOMA COO, explains our PBA, sometimes referred to as a Design Build Agreement, and how it benefits the client and JOMA. The PBA encompasses all the planning, testing, and regulatory steps of remodeling before we begin demolition. This preparation not only allows us to create a fixed price contract, but also solidifies the production roadmap. The PBA is our salesperson, by educating clients on all aspects of their remodel, they can make an informed decision that results in success for their project. HTR is for remodelers like us, where process and collaboration are keys to success.
