JOMA Receives the AGC Build Georgia Award!
The Jackson County Historic Courthouse Restoration Project received first place recognition in the 2021 AGC Build Georgia Awards. Completed in 2020, this amazing commercial remodel was Project Managed by Kevin Blankenship for JOMA Commercial Vice President Mike Mantione (seen here holding the award!). What is the AGC?

The Associated General Contractors of Georgia is the statewide trade association of choice for commercial construction professionals and the industry at large. John and Mike recently traveled to the Associated General Contractors of Georgia Annual Convention in Florida (hey, why not?) to receive our award. Over 450 representatives from contractors around Georgia attended for a few days of golf, networking, and connecting with the local industry leaders.

PROJECT UPDATE: Athens Area Humane Society

The Athens Area Humane Society Buildout at their new location on Mitchell Bridge Road in Athens is showing serious development now that drywall is installed over the commercial metal framing. Electricians and Plumbers are adding fixtures and the new storefront and workspaces are being fabricated.
